1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website irelandbetlabel.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site is an information portal about the BetLabel brand, with reviews, guides and comparisons covering sports betting, casino games, promotions and the mobile app. The Site is not a gambling operator. It does not organise or run games for money, sports betting or bingo, and it does not open accounts or accept bets, deposits or withdrawals.
BetLabel is run by a third party, named in the Site's content, with whom you contract directly if you decide to open an account. Gaming conditions, bonuses, limits and payments are set by the operator alone in its own terms and conditions.
The information we publish comes from public sources and our own tests and can change without notice. Before you register or join a promotion, always check the current conditions on the operator's site.
3. Minimum age and the legal framework in Ireland
The Site is meant only for people aged 18 or over. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Gambling in Ireland is regulated under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024, which established the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI). The GRAI licenses gambling operators and supervises the market as its new licensing regime is rolled out in phases, and it keeps a public register of licensees. As stated in the Site's content, BetLabel operates under a Curaçao authorisation and does not hold a GRAI licence.
Check the rules that apply where you are before you gamble online. You are responsible for your own decisions, and nothing on the Site is legal, financial or tax advice.
4. Links to third-party sites and commercial content
The Site contains links to third-party sites, including the operator's site. Some of these links are commercial: the owner of the Site may earn a commission when a user follows them and registers. This arrangement does not change the prices or conditions offered to you.
Third-party sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, the availability of their services or any contract you enter into with their owners.
5. Safer gambling
Treat gambling as paid entertainment, never as a way to make money. Set deposit, loss and time limits before you start, and do not chase losses.
If you feel you are losing control, free and confidential support is available from the national problem gambling helpline on 1800 936 725 (free, 24 hours a day), from Problem Gambling Ireland, from Gamblers Anonymous Ireland and from HSE addiction services. The National Gambling Exclusion Register provided for by the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 covers operators licensed in Ireland and does not reach sites without an Irish licence.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, structure, graphics, original images and code of the Site are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 and other applicable law. Copying, distributing or changing them, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited, except where the law allows it.
Third-party trade marks, logos and trade names mentioned on the Site, including the BetLabel brand, belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and information.
7. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the Site if you are under 18.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code or anything else that could damage the systems of the Site or of third parties.
- Extract content systematically or by automated means without permission.
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms public order.
8. Liability
The Site and its content are provided as they are. We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete and current, or that the Site will be available without interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses from betting or gambling, for decisions taken on the basis of information on the Site, or for damage arising from the use of third-party sites. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or affects the rights you have as a consumer under Irish law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect changes in the law or in how the Site works. Changes take effect when they are published on this page, together with the date of the last update.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about the use of the Site. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
General guidance on consumer rights is available from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).
